1. All Sales Are Final
At Sourt Stitch, we maintain a Strict No-Refund Policy. Once an order is placed and the payment is processed, we do not offer monetary refunds to the original payment method (Bank/Card/UPI) for any reason, including change of mind or personal preference.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction. We provide Exchanges Only in the following circumstances:

The product arrived with a manufacturing defect.

The product was damaged during transit.

You received the incorrect item or size.
3. Refund Exceptions (Store Credit)
In the rare event that an exchange is approved but the specific item is out of stock and cannot be replaced, Sourt Stitch may, at its sole discretion:

Provide a Store Credit/Voucher for the value of the item.

Allow the customer to choose an alternative product of equal value.
4. No Video = No Exchange/Refund
As per our company policy, no claims for refunds or exchanges will be entertained without a clear, unedited unboxing video. * The video must show the parcel being opened from its original sealed state.

The video must clearly highlight the defect or damage.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an exchange is processed, the customer may be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us, unless the error was on our part.
