3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To maintain transparency and prevent disputes, a clear, unedited opening video of the package is mandatory. * The video must start from the moment you begin opening the courier seal.

The video must show the shipping label clearly.

Any defects or damages must be clearly visible in the video.

Without a complete unboxing video, we will not be able to entertain any exchange requests.
4. How to Request an Exchange
