3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To maintain transparency and prevent disputes, a clear, unedited opening video of the package is mandatory. * The video must start from the moment you begin opening the courier seal.

  • The video must show the shipping label clearly.

  • Any defects or damages must be clearly visible in the video.

  • Without a complete unboxing video, we will not be able to entertain any exchange requests.

4. How to Request an Exchange

  • The exchange will be subject to stock availability. If the same item is out of stock, you may choose another item of equal value or receive a store credit.
