1. Order Processing Time

Record an Unboxing Video: As per our policy, a clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory to claim an exchange for damaged or wrong products.
6. Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable after multiple attempts, a re-shipping fee will be charged to send the package again.
